My approach is personal, patient, and rooted in real results — on and off the court. I'm a proud RSPA member, SafeSport certified, and CPR trained, so you can focus on the game while I handle the rest.

Pre-match nutrition foods

Pre & Post Session Nutrition

Eat 2–3 hours before play — aim for complex carbs like oatmeal, whole grain toast, or a banana with peanut butter
Drink 16–20 oz of water at least 2 hours before stepping on court
Light snack 30–45 min before: banana, energy bar, or handful of trail mix
Avoid heavy, fried, or high-fat foods — they slow digestion and hurt your agility
Bring a water bottle + electrolyte drink to court for matches over 60 minutes
Rehydrate and eat protein within 30 min after play to speed recovery

Warmup stretching and mobility

Pre & Post Session Warmup & Recovery

Start with 5–10 min of light cardio — jog the baseline, jump rope, or side shuffles to elevate heart rate
Dynamic stretches only before play: leg swings, arm circles, hip rotations, and trunk twists
Open your shoulders with 10 slow arm circles forward and back before your first swing
Spend 2 min on ankle and knee circles — court movement demands lateral stability
Begin rallying at 50% pace, gradually increasing intensity over the first 10 balls
Post-match: hold static stretches 20–30 sec each — quads, hamstrings, calves, and chest
